About us
Hoffell is about 19 kilometers from Hofn in Hornafjordur and about 3 kilometers from Road number 1. Hoffell is surrounded by spectacular nature which displays in great adversity, from a huge flat open space to steep mountains, or from an ice cold glacier water to applied geothermal heat.

But Hoffell is not just about the beautiful and special nature, we also offer you accommodation in a charming old house. It was built the year 1940 and has now been renovated. There we have 5 double rooms (or 10 beds) and good kitchenette facilities.

The house is only 3 kilometers from Hoffellsjökull (Hoffells glacier) which is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the area. From there we have many and exciting walkways where everybody should be able to find something suitable for themselves.
